Refund, Returns & Shipping

Shipping:

• Regular post will be sent 7-10 Days after your order is placed
• Express post will be sent within 48hrs after you place your order
• Weekends are not included in shipping days. 
• All order will be sent Via Aus Post unless discussed otherwise.
• All orders will come with standard tracking and your order will be updated accordingly when its been sent.

 

Refunds & Returns

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

Has a problem/fault that would have stopped someone from buying the

item if they had known about it

Is unsafe

Is significantly different from the sample or description

Doesn't do what it's supposed to do

Please keep your proof of purchase -e.g. your receipt (This is required)
